I went to GNC - General Nutrition Centres looking for a specific product after I read some review online. When I got into the store, i was confused about the exact product that meets my nee. Their customer service representative came to help me but she did not not sound very familiar withe products in the store. She tried to help though. I left without buying that product and ended up purchasing from another location. 4 stars because the rep really tried to help.
