Today I had a very disappointing interaction at this location. The gentleman working, heavy set, glasses, dark beard was so incredibly rude. I came in attempting to do an exchange, he huffed and puffed and said he was new and didn’t know how to do that. I said ok no worries, I’ve worked retail before, maybe I can help. Get you hooked on products then always out of stock after getting use to it then want you to switch to new product like order more or stop hyping up things for people to buy
Thomas was amazing!! He answered all my questions and even gave me some new suggestions of supplants to add into my daily regimen! Very knowledgeable and just overall a great guy!
They take advantage of people by hiring only slow, young, and mentally challenged people, and they're only paying them $7.25 an hr
