I know one person usually doesn't define a company, but I've never seen this much negligence, apathy, and incompetence in an employee in any of these characteristics let alone together. I called in an emergent situation and she said they would get out the kerosene out "as soon as possible". After 4 days of calling to get updates, this same woman says they'll deliver the next morning. They provide quick reliable delivery... They also accept credit card payments, many oil companys won't. I've only used a few companies so I don't have a lot to compare them to, but of what I've used they are my favorite. Usually cheaper too.
