Great customer service
Very poor customer service, have tried to return an item and have received no reply or follow up. Would not recommend purchasing any dirt bike from GMX as they are poor quality and parts break easily, and dealing with purchasing replacement parts is just as frustrating, poor labelling and website layout make it hard to know what parts are compatible with your bike.
Quick and easy
There was a problem with the bike but they helped us get it going and were super easy to deal with on the phone. If I get another Chinese bike for the kids I'll use them again. I see some negative reviews about poor customer service but that was not our experience at all.
Don’t buy the bikes for them they got no customer service no one called since I bought I send email regarding my kids quad bike some faulty stuff and scratches very bad quality 1300$ just gone to rubbish.look brand new bike open the box I got this one surprise I called them they gave me email id to contact but not even I person contacted me so I decided to take this matter to local news channel to expose these people who took the money and sale faulty stuff shame on u GWK .
