Wouldn't even rate this place one star. Absolute terrible experience. Ordered a GMX motorbike for our son to be told multiple times by staff it would be here within 6 weeks in time for his birthday but everytime we would ring and check if it's on its way there would always be a different excuse. Decided we would gift it for Christmas instead but the exact same thing happened so requested a refund which we are still WAITING for nearly 12 months later. Was purchased qbike for my kids, runs just 3 months only,engine failed, come with 1 year warranty, no one look after after i made so many calls, never recommend,waste of you money to buy shits from gmx
