There was a problem with the bike but they helped us get it going and were super easy to deal with on the phone. If I get another Chinese bike for the kids I'll use them again. I see some negative reviews about poor customer service but that was not our experience at all.
Don’t buy the bikes for them they got no customer service no one called since I bought I send email regarding my kids quad bike some faulty stuff and scratches very bad quality 1300$ just gone to rubbish.look brand new bike open the box I got this one surprise I called them they gave me email id to contact but not even I person contacted me so I decided to take this matter to local news channel to expose these people who took the money and sale faulty stuff shame on u GWK .
Wouldn't even rate this place one star. Absolute terrible experience. Ordered a GMX motorbike for our son to be told multiple times by staff it would be here within 6 weeks in time for his birthday but everytime we would ring and check if it's on its way there would always be a different excuse. Decided we would gift it for Christmas instead but the exact same thing happened so requested a refund which we are still WAITING for nearly 12 months later. Very good bikes and scooters
Was purchased qbike for my kids, runs just 3 months only,engine failed, come with 1 year warranty, no one look after after i made so many calls, never recommend,waste of you money to buy shits from gmx
