The guy I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful I purchased a tow bar and module and was average in delivery time took 3 days and I’m local the module had no wiring with it ended up buying module and wiring and tow ball and neck and thought I was ahead most other wreckers have the whole lot for 450 and going this way was 300 plus 140 for neck and 17 for ball and 195 for module and harness won’t go that way again Mark

Very bad experience with one of the customer service rep named Adam, very arrogant. Answers questions partially and gets frustrated for enquiring about the parts you need. Kept saying "I can't do this, this job is getting too frustrating". Who says that to customers directly, no sense of customer support. Also, after purchasing a spare part, they didn't send it complete; they had taken a trim off, then sent it. That was not the case when I was sold the item as a whole.
Great price, dealt with Adam who was very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.
