That Taysha at the front desk is the rudest, coldest person I have ever met! And for someone supposed to be serving families it’s just shocking! Interacting with her about the program for my daughter just makes the experience less ideal at the place each time.

3 yrs ago after being held back due to an injury for a year, we returned to the same class which was recommended by them. They did less than when we took it previously. There was never a consistent coach. Watching them on the app is horrible. There was an incident where the app was not working at door 4 so I moved my vehicle closer to door 1 hoping to get access.
