We were very fortunate to have been recommended GMR Heating & Air LLC by our insurance company for our HVAC contractors. In a period when temperatures during the day would rise to 106-108 degrees our apartment air conditioning unit broke. GMR Heating & Air scheduled us the next day and Lawrence Norton came to inspect the condenser unit on the roof of the apartment complex at 10 p.m. on a Friday night. Called when our ac unit stopped working. They said they would be out between 1-3. Then at 12:30 they called and said they are running behind. I’m thinking, okay sure a couple hours not big deal. Nope, they wanted to reschedule for the following day 5-7 pm. More then 24 hours after our appointment. We ended up finding someone else to come that day. Do not recommend. They knew when they schedule the apportionment how busy they were if they had to push it back over 24 hours.
