Okay. I wanted to post this on Ideed but instead posting here. In short, I did an experiment with this company for five years. It randomly happened when I searched for my next, presumably good job. I am a foreigner, with qualifications in heavy equipment and large cranes (300 tons+), and I have NJ licenses and certifications, and years of experience in the US.
