Terrible experience, too much to list. There is a reason their parking lot is empty.
My 2016 mustang gt has just been dropped off for estimates and to start repairs, staff was very friendly and accommodating. She went over the process with me did a walk around and explained the repairs. They agreed to cover the portion of my rental car my insurance wouldnt. It's a black car and half needs to be repaired and repainted, they explained to me they would buff the other side to get rid of swirls and wear to get the car to match as best as possible. Horrible customer service and overall experience doesn't look out for members of law enforcement or help correction officers in need. If you support your blue brothers don't use them
Ask for Nikki she is the BEST, exceptional follow through, care with perfection of workmanship.
Staff was courteous and friendly. Honest communication about the process. Willingness to work directly with my insurance's claims dept. Vehicle was finished as promised. They went the extra mile and detailed my car after it was repaired. If you want a pain-free process after an unfortunate accident, take your vehicle to GMP Cars. You won't be disappointed!
