this guy name JR came out to replace my battery. took about 10 mins and told me he was done when I ask if everything was ok. he told me yeah, he did seem in a rush to leave and when i ask to start my car he refused and demanded the service money i gave it to him and he drive off soo quicky. when I started my car and tried to drive it shakes bad and making a super loud rattling noise.
