Dont even bother selling your jewelry here. They offered me $200 for a 14k ring and band that was originally around $3000 and was barley worn. And if you look at other reviews I'm not the only one theye do this to. I understand you need to make profit but only offering 7% of the original value is insulting.
Popped in here to sell some jewelry and they were excellent. Prompt, thorough, polite, and very transparent. They made the process quick and easy, and I feel that they were fair. A great shop.

Not just locally owned – this place and its staff are truly amazing! Most jewelry stores I visited before were very transactional: walk in, pick a ring, pay, and walk out in 5 minutes ring in hand.
