Rude & unorganized!! no receptionist. Rude & unorganized cause these people will make appointments thru your family doctor yet not contact you!!! Wait times are ridiculous in ontario but as a clinic you should do your due diligence to reach out when appointments are made!! Terrible terrible service 🤮🤮
If you are looking for a walk in this is not the place for you. I walked in looking for a doctor and was told we don't have a walk in doctor. I looked at the lady I stated, "it says walk in closes at 3pm" she then told me we don't have a walk in doctor. Do not waist your time
I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Rai. She is compassionate, actively listens, respects you as a person, works with you, is understanding, is resourceful, and truly cares about her patients. I looked around for quite a long time to find a doctor as wonderful as Dr. Rai. Since working with Dr. Rai, I have gained more quality of life again with being able to better manage my health condition. Thank you Dr. Rai! You are so appreciated! 😊
They don’t take walk in appointments. Very misleading.
