Beware! Take videos and pictures before you move out, if you don't they will try and charge you for any renovation they can! Very dishonest company 0 star experience.
Devonshire Manor, managed by GMC, has been a wonderful place to live! The staff and maintenance team are always quick to respond with clear communication. The community is quiet and welcoming. The property is always kept clean and landscaping is maintained. They have been wonderful at recieving community feedback.
***UPDATE*** Almost 4 years now I have been able to call Devonshire Manor "home" and I look forward to 4 more. This has been an incredible community and I know how much that is due to the incredible management team!! Proud resident of Devonshire Manor in Aloha. The entire Management Team at Devonshire is fantastic. Management and Maintenance are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns!
