Very awful company took a application fee and that’s non refundable, been moved to 6-7 places and they denied my application due to a balance of one property back in 2019, and said they wasn’t able to do anything , very unprofessional would not recommend this company to anyone looking to lease the assist lady knew nothing about section 8 & couldn’t even answer professionally. Awful company would not recommend to anyone looking.
I just called one of their properties. The girl could not give me any information at all. She knew nothing. I asked her if she had hug and she says yes we do after she said I had to have a voucher you do not need a voucher for hood I kept, asking her questions and she kept giving all kinds of wrong information. I love this place. I’ve been in it since I was a kid and it’s an amazing place to make memories
So far have been loving it here at Park Crest. Haven’t had any issues in the two years we have lived here. Everyone has answered us with any questions we had within a day or two sometimes even one hour later. Can’t imagine living anywhere else besides here.
We have lived at Bethany West for about 5 months now and our experience has been great. Management and the facility team are always helpful. The apartment feels very private, we love our vaulted ceilings, and the neighbors are very friendly.
