Hello Ms Stella; my name is Angie Green. I am writing to let you know what a wonderful job one of your GMC Hospice nurses is doing. I am speaking of Nurse Donna. She is the Home Care-Wound Care Nurse for my dad, Mr Billy who lives in Fontana, California. She is the most caring and loving healthcare provider that I have ever met. This company appears to be more interested in making money than caring for patients. Each request was met with "I have to check on that." This led to at least a week waiting sometimes more. I asked for a wheelchair, it was never fulfilled. The new hospice, Charter had one here within 5 hours of first contact. The nurses at GMC were very kind and caring but the company "heads" certainly have those heads hidden where the sun won't shine. Avoid GMC Professional Hospice.
