I had the pleasure of working with , Stephen Sellers with the purchase of my vehicle. I do have to say Stephen went above and beyond. I worked with Stephen and the Kelly team over a couple of days looking at vehicles. This is my 2 truck I have bought thru this dealership and I do have to say the service keeps getting better. I would highly recommend using Kelly and seeing Stephen Sellers for your next vehicle needs.
Peter was my salesman’s at the location near Lakeland high school. Ended up test driving this 2018 Chevy truck and fell in love. So I signed paper work to lock everything in. Prior to signing the running board did not come up and down properly without shaking some cord under the dash area. Russell said he would have this looked at. What a great experience with George Roman at GMC Kelley in Bartow. Everything was handled professionally over the phone and when the time came they drove all the way over to Melbourne to pick up my trade in and deliver my new truck. I would recommend them to anyone, even if you are not in Bartow
