First time using dealership service department, from my initial contact on the phone to arriving was outstanding. The process as a new customer was easy getting set up to booking my appointment to drive in. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the staff and promptly served. The unexpected service was the Uber ride home and back once the vehicle was completed. That was amazing experience!! Not having to sit and wait for hours. I will continue to bring my chevy in for basic oil changes or any other needs, Thank you

Jon got the vehicle I was interested in up front before my arrival and was informative on all particulars of the model without any pressure to buy. He also took the time to introduce me to Louis who oversees the service department. Louis made himself available to answer questions, even if I go to another location (closer to home) for mechanical maintenance and/or issues.
