Malibu was great salesman. Pulled in while was raining in my work truck. Treated me like was rolling in with handful of cash. He came out showed us couple used truck’s then a new one. I went in for a specific new truck ended up coming back after doing some research to close on a sweet deal on a used loaded up truck!!!! Super Clean and pulls everything I have with no problems. Great Customer Service. Had my own financing and was no problem. He still gave me great deal!!! Highly recommend them!!!
Braxton was a very patient and helpful Sales Associate and Brandon helped us get where we needed to be to make our transaction happen.
Malibu and Thomas made it the smoothest car buying experience that I can remember. Malibu answered my questions honestly with no pressure to buy. He let me take my time to decide what I wanted.They gave me a fair deal on my trade and Thomas got me a more favorable loan than my bank. I would go back and ask for Malibu the next time I need a car.
Overall our experience was okay. Few issues were we test drove a brand new Yukon and the wheels on the passenger side was wobbly so we requested to drive another one which was much better. We were told it just came off the truck however, once we signed all the paperwork the salesperson shown us under the hood where the insulation was damaged due to a rat.
