Service department is a joke. 2 trips to this dealer to try and get a warranty issue fixed. First time no tech was there to look at the issue. Second time the tech didn't have time to look at it even though the car was left with them for nearly 7 hours. Mind you both of these trips were a scheduled appointment, not just me walking in trying to get service. Save yourself many headaches and avoid buying a car from any Poynter dealer. Choose any other dealer for your preferred brand and you will be much better off.
Poynter was really great to deal with. It’s rare for a dealer to have such a down-to-earth employees and atmosphere (very local feeling). Buying here was a breeze and quick without the typical haggle and buzzword salesman talk. The car that we were interested in was actually in the middle of a deal with another customer.
