Extremely disappointed in the sales team and the level of deception at McNaught. They will lie to your face. Don’t get your car traded in/ appraised here, they low ball the heck outta you. I have appraised my car twice here and once they quoted me nearly 15k below what another dealer gave (on a cheque), and recently gave an offer that was just a bit more than 6000 than what the other dealership gave me (again on paper/ cheque). I have a bad experience with McNaught Waverley collision center, I gave them my car GMC Terrain 2022 to change the glass on driver seat side, the side mirror and some scratches also, they called me after 17 days saying sorry we lost the key for the car , could you please bring the space key to get your car. When I received the car , I found damage inside the door on driver seat, the hand hold is broken. They found the key after 5 days, I asked them to fix what they did damage in the door, they said they didn't do any damage ... read more
Branden was very helpful and professional. I appreciated the time he took to ensure everything ran smoothly till I drove off the lot. Had a great experience, highly recommend!
Disappointed in this service visit. I booked an appointment and was reminded of that appointment with two text messages and two emails. I spent almost 2 hours waiting for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Normally I am in and out in under an hour.
