We found our Tahoe online. I contacted our salesmen Shane Landers by telephone and he assured us that the condition of the vehicle was indeed as described. I couldn't take time off of work for a couple of days so I was worried the vehicle would not be available by the time I was able to drive the 5 hours from home to Mayes Cheverolet. My car was serviced quickly. The service manager was friendly and efficient. Waiting room and restrooms were clean.
I brought my Traverse in without an appointment because the service airbag warning came on. They worked me in and got it fixed. They were very nice and helpful.
Actually when we got out of our truck to look, I saw the exact Terrain we bought!!!! Kilby was our salesman and he is excellent. So accommodating. Then Jeff was our finance man, he made this such an excellent experience...I know, right, signing all those papers excellent, but it was.
