Mr. Landers was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He explained the virtues of buying Volt without being pushy. He was warm and friendly in a way that suggested he was being genuine. Tripp who arranged the financing, was very personable as well as professional and helpful. Both of these gentlemen of making a major expenditure of a buying a new car as painless as possible. I would suggest that both are very valuable employees and are to be congratulated for representing Mayes Automotive Group so well.

We bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva for my college-age daughter. She is thrilled with her new vehicle. We received very good service from David Brown. I also want to give a shout out to Josh. When we were initially calling Aurora about a new SUV, my daughter spoke with Josh and I was talking with David Brown. When we arrived at Mayse, I gave both names. I take the short drive from Springfield knowing I will be satisfied with Mayse Auto whether I just get an oil change or a new vehicle.
