Recently took a vehicle in for an oil change, while the vehicle was in the shop they had broken off the vehicles side mirror which they stated happened during a car wash. Worker tried to blame us stating that the mirror was rusted. Have followed up multiple times, and have not heard back from anyone regarding having the part fixed or replaced.
Had issues with my wireless charger since I purchased the truck almost two years ago. After the 4th service experience to get it fixed, the tech told me I needed to buy a new phone. I purchased a new iPhone. Still same issue. Onto my 10th time bringing in my truck and zero response to fixing it. I submitted the following review directly to Leggat GM five (5) weeks ago when they texted me for feedback on my most recent service appointment. Since I have not yet received a response, I am sharing it here: *WORK COMPLETED WAS NOT AUTHORIZED* I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a parking light replacement bulb.
