Don was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Joanne in finance made me feel comfortable, explained everything in a way I could understand, and even made the paperwork part feel easy and stress-free. Her kindness and patience really stood out and made the whole experience that much better.
