We are happy with service and the doctors.
After my visit, I looked at the reviews and saw one from a user named “Quite Frankly” mentioning the front desk being unfriendly and unwelcoming. That description matched my experience almost exactly. I wouldn’t say the woman at the front desk was unfriendly — she was polite enough — but she was extremely unwelcoming and very unhelpful. Thank you for establishing your office in Rio Rancho. The ease of getting in and seeing a doctor, PA, nurse practioner was very easy. I had little to no wait time and in this day & age, that is a rarity.
