Actively participating in spam/botted emails to other businesses trying to push an outsourced customer service system. Very much so lying in these emails as well, which only makes it worse. Ironically, a lot of the complaints regarding this company are customer service-related, so it seems the business they’re trying to shove down everyone’s throats isn’t particularly effective.

Love my color gown and cutting cape! They did such a great job! G&M always kept you updated on the progress of your order. The material they use is super soft and my clients love it! I will definitely order again!

I have ordered twice from this company. The first order that I placed came in as expected, Although the capes fell apart in the seams. They did eventually replace them. They lasted about 6 years. I ordered another 30 custom capes in June 2024. I was contacted multiple times and given a ship date of July 12 2024. Today is August 7 and yesterday because of no return calls and no capes.
