Gm roofing did a great job replacing my roof with a gorgeous metal roof. All the employees were very professional and courteous. They communicated with me daily as what to expect each day. They finished the job quickly and cleaned around the house each day. The only critisim I have is that the follow up is not happening. I have two minor issues from my January installation that I have reported numerous times and have not had any body come to check and correct them.
Would recommend GM Roofing to anyone in the market for a roof. Sergio was very personable, helping out with some items that competitors didn't think to mention. The team onsite cleaned up after the shingle tear off very well. Roof looks great.
GM installed a brand new metal roof on our home in Evergrene. They were the best priced out of three vendors I got bids from -- by thousands. They were very communicative before, during and after the install. When issues come up, as they inevitably do during a large project such as a roof replacement, they responded quickly, fully and professionally. Everyone on their team was friendly, polite and professional. If you're going to replace your roof, I highly recommend bidding out GM!
Recently had a new roof installed and it was a very good experience from start to finish. The crew was professional and hardworking. They kept the worksite clean and made sure everything was picked up and organized at the end of each day which I appreciated. The quality of the work was outstanding and the new roof looks beautiful! Rodolfo and his team were amazing! They kept the place clean during construction and worked efficiently. I was surprised how quickly the project was completed. I highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your roof. We went with metal construction and love it!
