I will have to say, the speed of removal of the old shingles and clean up was amazing. The new metal roof that was installed was of the highest quality. I am glad I went with GM Roofing! Thanks Rodolfo for all your help.
We had a good experience with GM roofing from beginning to end. We had a problem with the HELOC loan application, it wouldn’t go thru if GM roofing will not close lien or permit, they accommodated our request. Very fast and professional. Hopefully this roof last forever. Reasonable price as well

GM Roofing was a great company to do business with. Their sales representative, Rodolfo was very passionate about his company. He had all the information needed with samples so I understood what the process would be. Once the work started, I was amazed how quickly each process went. Everyday they cleaned up any and all debris from the work. Their foreman, Franco kept me advised on a daily basis what work would be done that day. I am really happy that I chose them for my new roof.
