GM Roofing transformed my home with a stunning bronze painted metal roof. Removing two old layers of shingles and installing fascia trim around the entire perimeter added some costs, but the final price for everything felt more than fair given the quality and scope. They went above and beyond by sourcing a licensed carpenter to install three new solar tubes on short notice, then painting them bronze to match perfectly. We had a good experience with GM roofing from beginning to end. We had a problem with the HELOC loan application, it wouldn’t go thru if GM roofing will not close lien or permit, they accommodated our request. Very fast and professional. Hopefully this roof last forever. Reasonable price as well
