I am very happy with the results . Everybody was very professional, polite. They communicated to you all the steps , follow all he protocols and guidelines a with permits . GM Roofing recently replaced my roof and did an excellent job. The crew worked hard to remove the old roof, kept the worksite clean, and made sure everything was picked up each day. Once the tiles were delivered, they installed the new roof and replaced the fascia board as needed. They also cleaned up the jobsite, pressure-washed our driveway and entryway to remove stains from the pavers, and painted the replaced fascia board. We are very pleased with our new roof. The best part of this company is communication and that's why I chose them.They did a fantastic job.We had a solar fan put in, and it was done within a couple of hours. Very professional, easy to work with.
