The parts department does not take calls. I was on hold for 15 minutes. Called back just to be put on hold again. Horrible customer service

I've been a GM customer all my life, and until now I've never been so pissed off about the service.
Never buy a car here!! Customer service is ridiculous and the people are so incompetent. Receptionists can’t even take a message the right way. Service department made me an appointment for a specific day and I called twice to verify if I can take it a different day. The receptionist said yes you can bring it on this said day. Took it and I’m glad I called because they were under the impression I was gonna leave my car there till the original appointment date why would anyone leave their car there for the whole weekend plus ... read more
