We are incredibly grateful to the team at Powell Watson Buick GMC, especially Gabriel Medrano, Assistant Service Manager, for the outstanding care and service they provided to my parents during a recent road trip. Went for the first time not too long ago and Hector Rabago was the sales man who “helped” and I just want to say he was probably one of the laziest and uninterested sales person to talk to. He took me to go see a specific vehicle I wanted to look at and did not tell me one thing about the vehicle. I even talked more about the car than he did and at the end all he asked was if I was gonna take it or not. Sometimes the first visit might not be the best and the second one may be but I don’t think I’m interested in going back.
