Their Hubtingdon project was absolutely extremely poor workmanship. All 10 houses they build had leaky roofs, leaky windows, poor installation and these problems all started before the 1 year warranty. They came to fix it (so they claim) and all they did was put caulk over a structural foundation problem that still continues 5+ years later. They went MIA afterwards. 1 star is too much as there is no option to give them 0 stars.
They are excellent at seeming nice and friendly, but terrible at keeping promises. They constructed two houses next to my property and were friendly and accommodating until the moment they no longer needed anything from me (access to my land) and then stopped communicating entirely without finishing the promised work (or even cleaning up).The homeowners in the houses report the same experience (and that their windows leaked from day one) Avoid at all costs.
