Definitely go here for no help. They’ll start you off with their one star “I “think” you have this, good luck” only to get a second word of your illness being something else. Also call them for results, they’ll hang up on you. Over the trashy care center here in Brunswick that only put nurses to work that could really care less if you die or not.
RecommendedWent for severe neck pain on left Lasted 5 days. Woke up this morning, my neck pain had moved to the right side. Pain was unbearable. Got there at 12:00noon. I was called back within 20 minutes. Nurse Practitioner Teresa Howard seen me. She is awesome. So caring and professional. Due to my symptoms, referred me to a neurosurgeon Dr Whitlow. Wait time was short. That was a blessing. I was a walk in too.
I will burn in hell before I EVER go back in this place!!! The women behind the front desk were cackling like Hyenas saying they should have locked the door before it was even time for them to close!!! Joked about my daughters insurance being inactive. No consistency! Last time we came they did not make us pay, tonight we had to pay the copay. Refused to give me a receipt for my payment, would not give me my id back, and also WOULD NOT SCAN OUR PAPERWORK INTO THE SYSTEM FOR MY DAUGHTER TO BE SEEN UNTIL SHE CALLED SECURITY AN... read more
I went in last Friday and the Dr and staff had no idea how to help me! They laughed at me and wanted to "google" what to do. Wow!!!!......I would not recommend anyone to go there or take their loved ones there. Pitiful!!!!!!!
