She is very informative while being descriptive enough for me to recommend her podcasts to my patients so they know how to navigate their newly diagnosed Celiac disease. I was diagnosed in 2009, became a registered nurse in 2016, and still learned so much from Nadine when I found her podcasts in 2018.
