My daughter and I went to the Stirling, NJ bakery, and it was worth the trip! The staff and its owner, Nick were very friendly and nice. The canolli cake, the canollis, breads and pastries we got were so delicious, you wouldn’t notice the difference it was gluten-free. I have never had such baked goods that tasted like wheat products. Within the last year I've had to go gluten free and it's been hard to go without cookies, donuts, and cakes as they're my weakness. Absolutely loved the butter cookies and carrot cake cupcakes!! The service was great too, they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their items. Definitely will be back!!
Amazing Cupkakes!!! I picked up 4 chocolate chocolate cupcakes and they were by far the best gf and df baked goods I’ve had!!! Also their bread chips were awesome and perfect for bruschetta!!!
I was there for the first time before Christmas and finally tasted all the goodies in Christmas Day!! All I can say is “Yum!” You don’t have to be gluten free to totally enjoy their desserts and bread. I tasted cookies, cupcakes and bread and they were delicious!! My favorite was the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies!! Outstanding!!! Great job, Nick!!! I will be back!!!!!
