Loved everything about this place — highly recommend.
I just did the consultation and this place is overpriced for their model. Their model is unsupervised, you're guided by a TV, 5-6 stations (6th is optional), each station for 8-9 minutes doing 4 sets of 12-15 reps per station. There's only 1 exercise at most stations... That's 18 mins on a cable machine doing 2 exercises for 2 stations, which to me sounds boring and repetitive. That is not how I want to spend 18 mins of a workout... it's more efficient and less boring to have at least 2 exercises per station with alternating... read more
