I’ve never really been a “gym person,” so finding a place that actually feels good to go to is huge for me, and GluteHouse completely changed my perspective. Everything is just so well thought out. The videos are super clear and actually enjoyable to watch, which makes it really easy to follow along without feeling lost. Amazing gym to focus on lower body. The staff is educated and supportive. Lifting weights has almost cured my tendinitis when nothing else worked!

If you're a beginner and don't know much about the gym or certain workouts, I wouldn't go here. I feel like it's more for advanced lifters and people who know what they're doing. When I went there for the first time a while ago, I had to ask the trainer three times to help me, but she was only on her phone. I think I paid for the whole membership right off the bat and they didn't wanna give me a refund and I had only gone once.
