I started coming here around 6:15 in the morning because it’s the only time I can consistently fit a workout before work. I only started a few months ago truly had no idea what to expect initially. I can’t get enough of working out. Jess and the other coaches have been phenomenal!! I feel like I’m part of a beautiful team. We all gave the same goal as woman which is to be strong and confident and feel good about us! The environment pushes me to become a better me. Thank you

The owner, Jess, is extremely rude when you try to cancel your gym membership. She will try to intimidate you into keeping it. She has no compassion for pregnant women. Not all pregnancies are the exact same and I feel like that is common knowledge. As a woman she should be more supportive and encouraging. However, the other staff at this gym was very kind. Jess, do better for women and maybe they will feel more comfortable keeping their membership.
