I started at GS in September and it’s the longest I have ever attended a gym! I love the motivation, and energy not only of the trainers but the other women. Sina is so much fun and makes it more enjoyable because she is encouraging and motivating! I have seen results not just in how my clothes fit but also more energy overall and my strength has definitely increased.
