2 stars because the one sales guy(bald one). I gone in to ask for recommendations on places that could possibly repair my vintage amp. The older fella behind the counter actually gave me very sincere recommendations. Then the bald guy started on saying how repairing it is pointless and such and how I might as well throw it out and buy new. I started to explain why I wanted to repair it. The best location for top quality electronics and service.
I called here about a month ago and spoke with Jeff regarding the Yamaha A-S501 integrated amp. I decided to go with it and was given the store price along with shipping to Bridgewater. It was on order at the time. As soon as it arrived, he had it sent out. He kept me in the loop during the whole process. Wonderful customer service - it still exists in today’s world!
