Horrible experience with this company! We arranged freight for a boxed trunk lid weighing 77lbs. They charged a lift gate delivery and an inside delivery charge, which was not requested and absolutely did not happen. This was delivered to an engine repair shop that had a forklift available to unload. They did not use a lift gate, two of the mechanics unloaded this off the truck.
