Had two pallets ready for three days and couldn't get a hold of them to schedule a pickup. On hold many times for up to a half hour. Nobody ever picks up. Impossible to do business with a company you can't call. Also sent messages but no response.
We performed a repair for this company at their hayward location. It has been more than 3 months and we are yet to receive payment. No one answers the phone or the numerous emails we have sent requesting payment. Terrible Experience with them
