The reviews tell the story if carefully observed. Stay far away from these guys. They said delivery today 9am-12pm, I stood waiting for them and no show. I called and they said "actually sir, we are not sure when they will deliver". My response: I'm running a business here with time sensitive materials. "Sorry sir", was their only response. Tracking shows they received the package in-town on 12/9/2025, it is now 12/15/2025. We will call you back, and they never do. Good luck trying to get a hold of dispatch. Paid $400 for a delivery and they just dropped it in the driveway and left. No text. No phone call. Didn't ring the doorbell. Just left. An expensive piece of equipment sat out getting wet until I happened to go outside to get the garbage can and noticed it. I've never experienced anything as careless as this EVER! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

TERRIBLE freight company! We ship quite a bit and they are the absolute worst. We've probably shipped with MTVL 15 times but we are done. Sometimes they get it right and deliver in a timely manner. The problem is that you never know what to expect. The ETA on the website always says the worst case scenario date. They never answer their phone and are extremely slow to respond to emails. We will never use them again.
