We performed a repair for this company at their hayward location. It has been more than 3 months and we are yet to receive payment. No one answers the phone or the numerous emails we have sent requesting payment. Terrible Experience with them

Horrible delivery experience.
The customer service is non-existent and the website to track is worthless.
The reviews tell the story if carefully observed. Stay far away from these guys. They said delivery today 9am-12pm, I stood waiting for them and no show. I called and they said "actually sir, we are not sure when they will deliver". My response: I'm running a business here with time sensitive materials. "Sorry sir", was their only response. Tracking shows they received the package in-town on 12/9/2025, it is now 12/15/2025. We will call you back, and they never do. Good luck trying to get a hold of dispatch.
