This is our Second time working with Gary and we would never go anywhere else! Gary inspected our first home a few years ago and we went right bak to him when it was time for us to move into our second home. We felt so comfortable and taken care of in Gary's hands. He was extremely thorough and kept our best interests in mind during our first inspection as first time homebuyers by advocating to get access to a crawl space that had been carpeted over. Underneath he found a costly amount of dry rot that eventually led to us pulling out of the sale. Getting access to that space even required him to come back at a later time.
