Received flier for offer of "initial consultation is free". Made an appointment and required to travel to their law office (old and dilapidated) 50 minutes away from my location. I am welcomed and asked to fill out a form, similar to a medical office. The form asked for my and my wife's social security number. I was taken back by this request as I/we don't really know this law firm, we have no relationship, and they have not provided any value of their services.
