From the booking process all the way to check out, everyone was so professional. The place is spotless and it feels good to be there. Umber did an amazing job on my curls. She definetely knows her stuff and she is not hesitant to explain all the steps you need to take to care for your curls at home. If you are looking for a great curly cut, book with Umber. You won’t regret it.
I came to get a deep cleaning facial from Lydia and it was excellent! She has amazing customer service and made sure I was comfortable through the whole facial. Lydia is VERY educated on all skin types and gave me so much great advice and tips to maintain my skins health! I will definitely be returning soon :)
I went in for my first ever facial and Lydia, the esthetician, was very helpful and understanding. She walked me through the entire process and listened to my questions and concerns. My skin feels great and she even let me know of some good affordable products to use. I will definitely be coming back.
I found Lydia online and travel from Baltimore just to get facials by her! My skin is always so glowy after a visit and she is so helpful with product recommendations and explaining why things happen with my skin. The product line she uses is also really affordable and I appreciate I can buy the same products and use them at home.
I have been getting a facial monthly with Lydia for at least a year. My skin looks amazing. It is obvious to me that this is a passion for her.
