Very friendly environment! I got my hair cut and colored by Umber. I had never colored my hair before and she took the time to explain all the options for me. Not once did she get upset at my indecisiveness. One we came to are conclusion I decided I wanted some toner to make it darker. She did it with no hesitations! She is very well educated in curly hair as well. Overall great experience!
After many years of the same salon I felt I needed something new. I had approached a stranger one day to admire her hair and she told me about Glow and her stylist Kara. I am so happy I went. I love the time and attention Kara gave me. She is a true artist and I love the cut she gave me.
Received an amazing facial by Lydia. I will definitely be back for more treatments. As someone who struggles with acne it is difficult to find an esthetician who listens to your concerns and can empathize with what you’re re going through. Not only did she answer every one of my questions with patience she also did a great job of making the whole experience relaxing! Loved the massage as well 10/10. Can’t say enough good things about my experience here!
I brought my teenage nephew to Glow for a simple back to school haircut, expecting a professional and pleasant visit. Instead, we were subjected to an utterly infuriating experience thanks to a blonde stylist "Sam" , who was doing hair quite near the lovely stylist cutting my nephew's hair, who couldn't stop spewing offensive "woke" nonsense. I got my first facial with Lydia today and it was amazing!! She pays great attention to detail and ensures that you are comfortable as a client. I appreciated the gift bag of her favorite products as well!
