Most unprofessional spa I have ever been to. Do not go to this spa, unless you expect to get unauthorized spa charges. I paid a monthly fee for a spa package (two services) in November and December. On my scheduled November appointment (day of) I received a call cancelling my appointment. I had a credit for those two services. I tried redeeming those services in January. What a wonderful spa! It is exactly what I am looking for when I get time away from my kids. They make the whole thing such a relaxing and personal experience. I love the tea and the individual attention. It’s quiet, not like a busy salon. It feels like you have your own private therapist. They also believe highly in non-toxic, organic ingredients that go on your skin and focus on true health and beauty inside and out 💆♀️

I had a great experience from this spa! From the the day I booked my appointment until after appointment they ensure that I was well taken care of. They are very professional and friendly. I had a facial and massage and it was magnificent. It was my birthday and they even gave me a rose and balloon, I was really excited to actually see and feel like these people really cared about their clients and always ensure they are well taken care of.
