The staff is very friendly. The facility is clean and tidy, it feels sterile and organized which is exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend coming early/ on time at the latest because that grace period is short. It is worth every penny.

I really wanted to get a facial to address some deep extractions and also deal with aging issues, like fine lines and dryness that I’ve been experiencing. Had the membership for 6 months and if you have sensitive skin, it's not worth it. If anything saw a decrease in skin quality. Quality of service also varies wildly based on the person doing your treatment. Shoutout to Jocelyn, she was the best and most attentive. Also loved Jada.
Jocelyn was super helpful at explaining each step and suggesting new products to try for my skin type. She did a great job throughout the facial and I would highly recommend!
