If you’re looking for one of the worst customer service experiences in the U.S., this is the place to visit. It seems that customer satisfaction is the last thing they care about. Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. The only person I was genuinely happy with was Erica, who was kind and professional. I had an issue with my filler and brought my concerns directly to the owner, and instead of receiving an apology, understanding, or any genuine effort to resolve the problem, I felt completely dismissed by the owner. she was rude and disrespectful toward both me and my friend. It’s been 24 hours since I got my Botox and already absolutely love it! This was my first time at glow up and staff was so kind and very welcoming! Erika was amazing! She was so informative and so kind. Overall 10/10 would recommend! I am excited to go back!

I had a facial with Grace and Lip filler with Erika. I’m so excited about both! I know I’m not supposed to touch my face so much but my skin is so soft I just can’t believe the difference after one microdermabrasion treatment. So, I keep rubbing my cheeks because it’s so soft. I recently had laser hair removal at Glow Up Med Spa and it was a fantastic experience. The procedure was completely painless. I didn't feel a thing. I’m currently treating my arms and entire back, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The spa is beautiful, adding to the overall enjoyment of the visit.
