Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. The only person I was genuinely happy with was Erica, who was kind and professional. If you’re looking for one of the worst customer service experiences in the U.S., this is the place to visit. It seems that customer satisfaction is the last thing they care about. It’s been 24 hours since I got my Botox and already absolutely love it! This was my first time at glow up and staff was so kind and very welcoming! Erika was amazing! She was so informative and so kind. Overall 10/10 would recommend! I am excited to go back!
