Went to Glow for the first time this evening - I received a cut that was so bad the stylist refunded my money and paid for me to have it fixed elsewhere. While I appreciate that, there's no fixing short, thick, non-blended bangs when what you wanted was long layers framing your face. Needless to say I won't be back.

I bought my mother & my husband a gift certificate for Christmas. My moms was for a massage & pedicure, she had a great experience with the massage but a HORRIBLE experience with the pedicure. The girl that did the pedicure was Jennifer & my mother said she rushed so quickly and acted like it was a burdon to do her job. My husbands was for haircuts... I just got a haircut here at Glow with Sue. I am going out of town and I needed a cut bad, and my regular girl was too booked up. I have a very popular style, angled bob with angled bangs. I've had this cut for a few years now. When I see it on other women it always looks cuter than mine and I could never figure out how to get it to look right. Never Again! – I have tried this salon a few times b/c of promotions etc. and always leave feeling ripped off. SOOOO expensive and not at all impressive. A half foil without a blow dry or cut was $97 - and I left with wet hair! I feel like they are trying to be "upscale" but, they really are not, they are just overpriced. While this time, I was ok with my color (the last time was a disaster) and my stylist was friendly, all the other employees seemed 'put out' or snooty. Good place, but expensive – I get my nails done here and they always turn out good. Every now and then they run half prices specials, which makes their great services such a deal! It's hard for me to go and pay full price though cause their prices are high. Last time I checked $57 is the cheapest pedi. Similar salon/spas in the area offer the same pedicure for $35-$45 and many places do offer pedi's of the same quality for $25 and under. Best pedicure ever – I recently had a gift certificate for a pedicure and manicure. OMG! Christy was amazing! And my polish was so good. I will difinatly see her again

Entire staff is so nice – I seriously refuse to go anywhere but here for my hair. Crystal has done my color for me for about 2 years now and is AMAZING. If I have an emergency need I get worked in and if she is not available the rest of the staff goes out of their way to contact her to find out about my color and to make me feel at home. I would not trust anyone else to touch it. In addition, the entire staff is so nice to talk to and always stops to catch up on my life.

Great experience – I've been to this spa for two separate girls pampering days, and had a great experience both times. The massages and pedicures were wonderful. Services are a little pricey, but it was worth it for a clean spa and friendly service.
