Super rude and condescending. Told me they didn't use bleach in their salon after previously bleaching my hair??
After waiting three months for my first appointment, I left with my yellow blond and half inch of new growth a very dull dark tan color with a dyed orangish blond dimensional root which wasn't what I had hoped for, but was more natural than the yellow I had come in with. I had made the follow up appointment for my roots and mentioned that the color used for dimension on my roots was a bit on the orange side which I didn't like and the toner had left my sparkly blond very dull looking.
