I was hesitant at first my daughter talked me in to trying yoga .When I talked to Erica she suggested that due to my injuries I should start with Yen . After a few weeks I started doing the flow glasses and I feel great. All of the instructors have been so positive and inspiring and have made my Yoga journey a positive uplifting experience. I am even doing SUP yoga

I Love Glow!! The studio is beautiful and the teacher's are down to earth! The rooms are HOT. They are very member centric and listen to suggestions for change. I can't wait to do SUP Yoga this summer in the bay 🙏❤
