I gave this stylist a few chances, hoping to build a relationship, but each visit was the same: sloppy work and a bad attitude. I've left every appointment with color stains on my forehead, cheeks, and neck, and she's rough during the shampoo, conditioning, and brushing. I usually come here with PATTY to get my hair done and never had an never had an issue until today. This will be my last time coming here ! She got here 30 minutes late. I explained to her I wanted a to cover my roots and and do a chocolate baylage to the bottom mind u I have had balyage before with my dark hair. They refuse to do my hair because I’m black. She said she has never done black hair before and doesn’t know how to do it. This was just for a shampoo, style and conditioning. I have been humiliated and discriminated against.

Worst experience ever. I saw a groupon, never used Groupon before. I called the salon first before purchase, spoke to Patricia. She assured me that everything was good with the Groupon, so I made an appointment and purchased the Groupon. I was very excited to get my hair done, since it had been a very rough year. When I arrived Patricia was not there. I was told she would be 5 minutes. It was 20 min.
