Excellent service. Tony went above and beyond to assist. He was meticulous in finding the aftermarket parts required to work on our International bus.
For a couple of days we were having DEF issues with our International truck and could not get it in at any locations in Calgary till the following week. However, when I called the AIRDRIE location, I heard JUSTINE EDMOND's, voice and was so delighted! Explained the issue to her which she took up with her Foreman and Service Manager and they took the truck in right away. That alone in itself was such a BIG RELIEF!!
