Ridiculously Expensive!!!!!!! – Had my 4 winter tires taken off and my 4 other tires put on----$55.12. Could not believe the ridiculous price---outrageous! We have done business with Glotfelty Tires for 23 years---but prices like this, guess we will be shopping elsewhere. I even told them that we had purchased the tires from them originally, guess customer loyalty means NOTHING.
horrible service...jerks – Horrible service. Took car in for gas smell, they decided to patch a high pressure plastic fuel line on top of the fuel pump....2 weeks later smell and leak was back. got a fuel pump and fuel filter and asked them to re-fix the problem, and use the fuel pump if needed.......then they tried to double bill us...then when i pushed back saying they chose how to fix it the first time, the guy got all pissy and just threw us the keys, i told him we would pay for the fuel filter installation, but he was a... read more
Does every vehicle need repairs to align? – My vehicle was repaired at another local shop. It needed an alignment that they couldn't do. Glotfelty Tire said my vehicle needed tie rods and ball joints. Said they were so bad they could break. After a heated discussion my vehicle was aligned. I guess their certified mechanics need to go back to school.
