If I could 0 start review, I WOULD. Absolute disappointment. My daughter went in asking for classic Hollywood curls for prom and walked out with loose, uneven, sloppy hair. Completely unprofessional and careless- this place ruined what should have been a special day. We paid over $100 for a “formal styling” that was just heat styling, and by the time I drove her home, all the curls had fallen out. She had to redo her hair herself. This is unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money here.
Booked a haircut after recommendations from family, place was so clean and everyone was so nice. Easy to get to with big windows so you can people watch while getting your hair done. Lonyka did a great job with the cut, my hair feels totally healthy and refreshed!! I had some uneven pieces going in and she listened to exactly what I wanted and added some great layers. Strongly recommend booking!!
Outstanding every time! Ashley is the best hairstylist. She colors and cuts my hair better than any hairstylist I have ever gone to for a haircut and color! Highly recommended
I have been coming to Glossed Salon since the spring (2025). The salon itself is beautiful and in a great area of West Hartford. The owner is very nice and attentive even to the other stylist's clients. I have been getting my hair done by Jamie McPherson for many years now. I will follow her anywhere she goes. Thank you to the team at Glossed for getting me through a hair disaster! I arrived at Glossed a few weeks ago looking for help after I had a bad hair coloring experience at another salon. Lonyka and Ashely talked me through what could be done to help my hair, and then Lonyka worked her magic and made it so I finally look like myself again. Thank you for being so patient and kind and for spending so much time with me- I really appreciate it!
