Went to the Gloss salon for the first time today. Consultation with Renee was brilliant, she talked me through every stage of the cut and hair extension process She understood exactly what she and I were aiming for and what my hair needed and advised me throughout. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I was offered a drink almost as soon as I arrived and throughout. Best of all I left with the best hair extensions and haircut I've had in years and feeling tons better, thank you Renne, I'll be back soon :)
