I've been going to Gloss every two weeks since June 2024, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The salon is clean and tidy, my nails are always done beautifully, and everyone is very friendly, conscientious and professional. Mai and Victor are welcoming with a smile for you as soon as you walk in and offer you a drink right away. And they typically have enough staff so your wait is minimal before you're seen.
