My experience with Gloss Nails was a rough one at first, but the manager Zoey and their artist JC flipped it around for me. I came in and scheduled a walk in for a full set at 2. I had a reference photo of these soft, floral nails. I started off with a male artist who put on the acrylic and shaped my nails. He was not doing a great job. They were jagged, uneven, and barely had a shape when I asked for almond.
